NRS Paddle Wetshoe Neoprene Bootie has the widest toe-box of any bootie this height. For most people, this fact alone makes it the best bootie to wear over a dry suit with dry socks because most booties are designed for wearing barefoot. When you are wearing dry socks with liner socks inside, those socks don't make your feet much longer but they do effectively make your feet a lot wider in the toe box area. So most people have trouble finding booties that are wide enough in the toe-box to wear with dry suits. Unless you have narrow feet, the NRS Paddle Wetshoe booties are the no-brainer choice to wear over drysuits with dry socks.

As with all booties, for use over a drysuit with dry socks men need at least 1/2 size larger bootie than their street shoe size (if your street shoe size is an 11.5, order a 12. If your street shoe size is 12, order a 13). Like all booties, NRS Paddle Wetshoes are only available in unisex whole sizes, so women wearing them over a drysuit with dry socks should order them in the nearest half size smaller than their usual women's street shoe size (i.e. women with street shoe size 8.5 order unisex 8, women with street shoe size women's 9 = 8.5 bootie but you have to round up to the nearest whole size so order unisex 9 bootie for women's 9 street shoe size foot).
