Sea Kayak 104 - Adventurous Journey, On Salt Water With Little Current (near Seattle)
Get some experience kayaking in salt water. Try your hand in a more dynamic environment than lakes, and learn what it takes to enjoy the tidal waters of the Puget Sound. We'll explore the Puget Sound shoreline near Seattle while practicing basic navigation, rules of the road for boat traffic, strokes and rescues in controlled, but realistic conditions.
After taking the SK 101 class and paddling lakes a bit, it's time for bigger and better journeys. We offer a variety of Adventurous Journeys at different locations around the Puget Sound. Take one or take them all; each Adventurous Journey is unique and each will further prepare you for more adventurous journeys in the future.

Class Size: 5 maximum (not just a ratio)
Fee: $223 (Price includes use of dry suits or wet suits and booties)
Kayak Rental: $25.00 plus tax, delivered to the lesson. (Includes kayak, spray-skirt, PFD, bilge pump, paddle float, and paddle)
