System of measurement:

Based on the inteded users height and weight, we need more information to guarentee the drysuit will fit. Please use a cloth tape measure to collect the following measurements. Be as accurate as you can!

The chest is measured around the fullest part of your chest. Stand relaxed and breath normally while taking this measurement.

Take this measurement from the side to ensure the correct placement of the tape. Place the tape around the hips and across the widest point of the buttocks. Make sure that all pockets are empty.

The sleeve is measured as follows: Hold arm directly out to the side, parallel to the floor, palm down. Bend the elbow forward, stop hand in front of nose. Place the tape at the base of the neck, starting at the spine. Make sure that the start of the tape is at the same height as the elbow. Run tape along the arm, turn at the elbow, measuring to the wrist bone.

The inseam is measured from crotch to ankle bone. DO NOT USE YOUR PANT INSEAM! That is too long of a measurement. Get this using a cloth measuring tape.

Brief Description

The Kayak Academy Kokatat women's KA GME-WR drysuit is a Gore-Tex® Meridian dry suit with an option package that includes: women's FUD (Feminine Urinary Device) Front Relief Zipper, Gore-Tex® Dry Socks, Reflective Tape on the sleeves, a Left Sleeve Pocket to store your FUD (because the Relief Zipper won't do you any good if your FUD isn't handy), and a free FUD to make it complete. This dry suit is the top-of-the-line river kayaking dry suit for women who want a FUD Front Relief Zipper instead of a Drop Seat Zipper.

Detailed Description

The women's KA GME-WR dry suit is primarily for river kayaking though some sea kayakers also choose it (or a KA Women's Odyssey front relief, available by special order, contact us) for the over skirt feature, and sail boarders prefer the KA GME-WR because the cover over the main zipper protects their board from scratches.

Women's Relief dry suits are specially made for us by Kokatat, and are only available at the Kayak Academy. Our custom dry suits come with features that are not otherwise included on a given model dry suit.
